One of the oldest structures in Waite Hill is a Victorian-style farm home. Its 27-acre farm site was named Tannenbaum Farm and belonged to the wealthy Otis family. In 1899, 31-year-old Charles Otis Jr. became the 1st Clevelander to buy a seat on the New York Stock Exchange.
